Refund policy

At Dusty Aloe, every product is made to order—created just for you once your purchase is placed. Because of this, each item is unique.

That said, we want you to shop with confidence. We now offer 30-day returns, no questions asked. Please note:

  • Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Refunds are issued after we evaluate the item’s condition.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked. To qualify:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • The buyer is responsible for the return shipping label.

  • Once we receive the returned item, we will evaluate its condition and issue a refund accordingly, excluding the original shipping cost.

Damaged Products & Manufacturing Errors

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will gladly provide a free reprint or a refund.

To qualify:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery at contact@dustyaloe.com.

  • Provide a clear photo of the issue.

  • If multiple products with the same design are affected, please include an additional photo or video showing all items together in one frame.

You do not need to return the damaged product.

Incorrect Orders (Size, Color, or Design Choice)

We accept returns if you ordered the wrong size, color, or design, or if you simply changed your mind.

To qualify:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • The buyer is responsible for the return shipping label.

  • Once we receive and evaluate the item, we will issue a refund accordingly, excluding the original shipping cost.

We still encourage you to carefully review sizing charts and product details before placing your order to help avoid unnecessary returns.

Delivery Issues

  • If a package is returned due to an unsuccessful delivery (for example, incorrect address provided or uncollected package), you may choose between:

    • A reprint with an extra charge

    • A partial refund

Print Placement Tolerance

For DTG (direct-to-garment) products, please note there is a standard tolerance of 0.5" for print placement. Minor variations within this range are not considered defects and are not eligible for refunds or reprints.

Refund Timeline

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process and post the refund.
